Placing an order

  1. Through our webshop, you can place different items in your shopping cart. Once you are happy with the chosen items, go to your shopping cart and choose “Proceed to checkout”.

  2. You will be redirected to the payment page where you can enter your order and billing address. When you enter the country of delivery, shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at the bottom of the page.

  3. Once you have filled out and checked everything properly, choose “Next” and choose one of the possible payment methods. Once you have chosen, click “Place order” and you will be redirected to our payment system provided by Mollie, our payment partner, where you can enter your payment information according to the chosen payment method.

  4. If everything went correctly, Mollie will send you back to our webshop. A confirmation of your order will then appear.

  5. You will then also receive an e-mail confirmation and overview of your order and payment.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to our terms of service. By placing an order, you are entering into a binding contract.

When you place an order, you are aware that it involves a payment obligation and you will be redirected to our payment environment (Mollie).

Not Dead Enough reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of, for example, stock problems, incorrect pricing, technical problems or suspected fraud.

Shipping

As soon as we receive your payment, we get to work!

Not Dead Enough works with several accredited courier services for the delivery of orders. Depending on the country your order needs to be shipped to, this is Bpost, DHL, DPD, UPS, Mondial Relay or PostNL.

The place of delivery is the address you provided when placing the order. Incorrectly communicated delivery addresses are the customer's responsibility and may result in additional costs. So please check this carefully!

The delivery of our products will take place, to the extent possible, within the time specified in the individual order confirmation. We always try to deliver your order as soon as possible, in any case no later than 30 days after placing your order.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of placing your order, you must notify us in writing. You can do this by e-mail to contact@notdeadenough.be or by registered letter. We will then contact you to agree on an additional delivery period that is reasonable given the circumstances. If we still have not been able to deliver the goods within this additional period, you have the right to cancel your order. We will then refund all costs already paid by you, including any standard shipping costs paid.

Not Dead Enough reserves the right to make partial deliveries, for example when it is not possible to deliver all the products in your order at the same time.

The risk of the product passes when you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier (for example, a neighbor), takes physical possession of the products.
