Refund policy
Returning a product
As a customer, you enjoy the legal right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order up to 14 days after you received the product or someone took delivery of it for you (e.g. a neighbor).
How to return a product:

If you choose to return your products, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your products. You can do this by sending an email to contact@notdeadenough.be, clearly stating that you wish to return your products and which products it specifically concerns.

You then send the products back to Not Dead Enough (see address below) within 14 days after delivery. The products should be returned to us neatly and securely packed, if possible in their original packaging. The cost of returning the products is the customer's responsibility.

Once we have received the returned products and verified that everything is in order, we will proceed with a refund. We aim to do this within 14 days. The refund will use the same means of payment that was chosen by you when paying for the original order.
PLEASE NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio, sealed video recordings and sealed computer software whose seal is broken after delivery. Both CDs, cassettes and vinyl records fall under this exception and therefore cannot be returned once the seal (the plastic seal or sticker) is broken after delivery.
